P&S University Detailing Training 2026 Schedule
Located at the P&S Training Center in Hayward, California, our 1-Day P&S Detail Studio Training is a great way for professional detailers to refine their skills, and for hobbyists to get engaged with professional detailing products and techniques. This training course covers both interior and exterior automotive detailing topics, which includes:
Interior Detailing Procedures & Techniques, including:
- Initial inspection & service discussions
- Shop & Tool Prep
- Vehicle Prep
- Interior blow-out and initial vacuum
- Hard Surface Cleaning
- Soft Surface Cleaning including the P&S Three-Part Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning with Dry and Steam Extraction
- Leather Conditioning
- Hard surface dressing and conditioning
- Windows
- Door Jambs
Exterior Detailing Procedures & Techniques, including:
- Initial Inspection & Customer Expectations Discussion
- Absolute Rinseless Wash
- Special Wash/Clay/Seal Demonstration
- Mechanical Paint Decontamination (Clay!)
- Introduction to Free-Spin Dual Action Polishers
- 1-Step Paint Enhancement Polish
- Last Step Protection Options
Once completed, each student will receive a P&S University certificate of completion.

Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition. Right now we offer free in-store pickup at all three San Fernando Valley locations. Order online and our team has it ready at the counter, often the same day. You will get a notification when your order is ready.
Pickup at Winnetka, North Hills, and Canoga Park. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days. Nationwide shipping is coming soon.
