The KCX Experience Stage I: Pathway to Excellence is Koch-Chemie USA's flagship two-day certification course designed for detailers, shop owners, and automotive professionals looking to build a strong foundation in modern vehicle care. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, attendees will learn the Koch-Chemie system from start to finish, including proper washing, decontamination, interior care, paint enhancement, protection, and workflow optimization. Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition. Class enrollments and store credit are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future class. Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Right now we offer free in-store pickup at all three San Fernando Valley locations. Order online and our team has it ready at the counter, often the same day. You will get a notification when your order is ready.
Pickup at Winnetka, North Hills, and Canoga Park. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days. Nationwide shipping is coming soon.
