Application Instructions:

Nasiol ZR53 is suitable for both professional and personal use. Coating a mid-size vehicle typically takes 60–90 minutes. For optimal results, maintain application conditions at 5–30°C (41–86°F) and ~50% relative humidity (RH). Avoid direct sunlight and work only on cool surfaces.

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Thoroughly wash the vehicle using Nasiol Cleanion Pro. Use a clay bar if necessary.

   • Polish or compound the surface using silicone- and wax-free products to remove imperfections.

   • Rinse and dry completely. Use compressed air to remove water from tight areas.

   • Wipe surfaces with Nasiol Clean to maximize coating adhesion and remove any residues.

2. Application Process:

   • Wear the included nitrile gloves.

   • Wrap a suede cloth over the applicator block and replace every 3–4 panels.

   • Shake the bottle gently before use and apply 4–5 mL per 1 m².

   • Spread evenly in a crisscross motion.

   • Wait about 30 seconds for beading to appear, then wipe excess with the light gray microfiber cloth in straight motions.

   • Perform a final buff using the dark gray microfiber cloth in circular motions.

   • If the coating cures before wiping, remove it by polishing or sanding and reapply as needed.

3. Curing & Aftercare:

   • Keep coated surfaces away from sunlight, moisture, and contaminants for 24 hours.

   • Allow 48 hours for full curing before washing with detergents or chemicals.
