Simple Steps To Help You Get The Best Results

Step 1: Shake bottle well before use. Ensure that the surface has been thoroughly cleaned with Gtechniq Vinyl Clean and dried.
Step 2: Spray the product onto a Marine Microfibre Buff Cloth and spread product onto the surface.
Step 3: Buff with a second microfiber cloth or dry towel until the surface is smooth and non-tacky.

Should I clean vinyl before applying Vinyl Protect?

Yes. For best results, clean vinyl surfaces with Gtechniq Marine Vinyl Clean first and let them dry completely before applying Vinyl Protect. Applying a protectant over dirt or grime will seal contaminants into the surface.

Will Vinyl Protect make my boat seats slippery?

No. The formula dries to a non-greasy, non-slip finish. Buff the surface thoroughly with a clean microfiber towel after application to ensure a smooth, non-tacky result.

How often should I reapply Vinyl Protect?

Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition.
