Rivian told us the product they were currently using made the adhesive gummy, creating a mess that was actually harder to remove. So, we specifically formulated our Adhesive Remover to break down the adhesive substance so it can be removed with ease. Now Rivian uses Adhesive Remover in their Service Centers nationwide — and you can, too.
We want you to be happy with every product. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days with your receipt or order confirmation for a refund or exchange.
Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition. Class enrollments and store credit are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future class. Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Right now we offer free in-store pickup at all three San Fernando Valley locations. Order online and our team has it ready at the counter, often the same day. You will get a notification when your order is ready.
