The [Block Sponge XL] is a great multi-purpose detailing tool. From interior to exterior, to wheels and tires, this large microfiber car sponge gets it done. The larger size provides more coverage, but is still easy to hold and use.

These detailing sponges are originally designed for tire dressing application, and work excellent for water activated sealants that are becoming popular because of their ease of use.

For water activated sealant application, just soak the sponge and squeeze until you get your desired saturation. Pick one of the two sides, and use it to wet the surface, use the other side to apply the water activated sealant. Buff with a clean and dry microfiber towel, as directed by the manufacturer.
