Why Use Gtechniq Marine Panel Wipe?
Panel Wipe removes dirt, polish residue, oils, and grime that prevent ceramic coatings from bonding properly to your boat’s gel coat and fiberglass surfaces. These contaminants are invisible to the eye but interfere with coating adhesion at the molecular level.
This blend of pure alcohols and solvents dissolves residue left behind after polishing, then flashes off to leave a 100% decontaminated surface. The result is a clean exterior that allows ceramic coatings to form maximum chemical bonds with your vessel’s gelcoat. Simple steps to help you get the best results
- Allow surfaces to cool before use
- Shake well and wear gloves
- Spray onto a MF1 ZeroR Microfibre Buff Cloth and then wipe onto the surface
- To make sure the surface is residue free, over-wipe with a dry MF1
- Not suitable for use on PPF, vinyl, plastic or rubber. Avoid use on smart repairs or resprays
- We recommend testing Panel Wipe on a small area before use to make sure it is compatible. In order to effectively remove polish residues, this product contains a high volume of hydrocarbons which will not affect original finishes but can tarnish smart repairs or resprays
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Use within 2 months of opening

Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition. Class enrollments and store credit are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future class. Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
