Introductions
Students will meet their instructor(s) and introduce themselves to the class.
Best Practices for Detailers
Instructor(s) will review standard operating procedures that professional detailers use for any vehicle that enters their shop.
Equipment and Chemical Review
Instructor(s) will guide students through the various tools and chemicals to be used during the class, overviewing their functions and use cases.
Safety Guidelines: Health of Detailer, Vehicle & Environment
Instructor(s) will review basic safety precautions and provide necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) for use during class.
Prep Bay Process (Prep Wash + Decontamination — Hands-On)
Instructor(s) will guide students through a standard prep wash and decontamination process before paintwork correction and ceramic coating.
Express Interior Service without using All-Purpose Cleaner (Hands-On)
Instructor(s) will guide students through an expedited interior detailing procedure tailored for an Express Interior Service while using surface-dedicated cleaning solutions as opposed to one “APC” (All-Purpose Cleaner).
Interior Protection including Microsuede, Leather, and Fabric Coatings (Hands-on)
Instructor(s) will guide students through ceramic coating processes for microsuede (AKA Alcantara), leather and fabric using dedicated ceramic coatings for each surface.
Polisher, Pad and Chemical Review
Instructor(s) will go over various polishing machines, polishing pads and polishing solutions prior to beginning the paint correction lesson.
Paint Inspection
Instructor(s) will guide students through a pre-polishing paint inspection to identify defects and determine level of aggression required.
1-Step Paint Enhancement (Hands-On)
Instructor(s) will guide students through a single-step paintwork correction to remove defects from paint prior to ceramic coating application.
Ceramic Coatings for Paint – Wet and Dry Applications (Hands-On)
Instructor(s) will guide students through two ceramic coating application styles — wet and dry.
Ceramic Coatings for Glass and Uncoated Metals (Hands-On)
Instructor(s) will guide students through common surface-specific ceramic coating add-ons for non-paint surfaces.

Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition. Class enrollments and store credit are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future class. Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Right now we offer free in-store pickup at all three San Fernando Valley locations. Order online and our team has it ready at the counter, often the same day. You will get a notification when your order is ready.
Pickup at Winnetka, North Hills, and Canoga Park. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days. Nationwide shipping is coming soon.
