The original Metal Coat formula, developed by Dr. Beasley’s founder, president and chemist Jim Lafeber, was one of our most popular products. DIYers and professionals alike loved how it protected exposed metal like exhaust tips and chrome wheels.

When the Cybertruck first hit the streets, Jim jumped to test Metal Coat on Tesla’s unique stainless steel material. What Jim found surprised him. Metal Coat worked great on small surfaces like chrome grills, but it didn’t perform as well applied to a giant stainless steel car body.

So, Jim got back in the lab and engineered an entirely new coating designed to bond better with the stainless steel and aluminum found on Cybertrucks. That coating is now here, and it’s called Metal Coat Pro.

Metal Coat Pro improves upon the original in every way. It forms an extremely durable bond rated for up to six years of protection. It’s chemical resistant to prevent corrosion and oxidation. It’s ultra hydrophobic, beading off water at high contact angles while preventing contaminants and oil from sticking. Whatever the original did, Metal Coat Pro does it better.

We want you to be happy with every product. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days with your receipt or order confirmation for a refund or exchange.

Because of the nature of our products, opened chemicals, soaps, and coatings are final sale. Towels, brushes, pads, and accessories must be unused and in resalable condition. Class enrollments and store credit are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future class. Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Right now we offer free in-store pickup at all three San Fernando Valley locations. Order online and our team has it ready at the counter, often the same day. You will get a notification when your order is ready.

Pickup at Winnetka, North Hills, and Canoga Park. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days. Nationwide shipping is coming soon.
